WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for the goods at the time of delivery. If you do not have a credit card or Paypal. Cash on delivery serves as a convenient alternative.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? DO I GET A FULL REFUND?
For cancelling any order you have to contact us on +971 52 7870686 .Orders can be cancelled 24hrs in advance incase of all products and incase of Brownies, Chocolates and Bouquets the order has be cancelled 48hrs in advance. A small transaction fee may be charged on cancellation of order.
WHAT CHARGE WILL SHOW ON MY CREDIT CARD?
The credit card statements will show the charge as "Giftswalla General Trading LLC".
CAN I ASK FOR A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY?
Certainly, we guarantee to make your delivery on your requested date. As far as time of delivery is concerned, kindly enter the time range that suits you and we’ll ensure it gets there on time. However, a precise time can also be guaranteed. Deliveries are made on the time mentioned during checkout.
IF I MAKE AN ORDER TODAY, WOULD IT BE DELIVERED TODAY?
No, If any order were placed today they would be delivery the following day if the orders are placed before 4pm. Incase of Brownies and Bouquets we require 24 hours time to arrange them and then deliver them.
Exceptions: Kindly note that Fridays and public holidays are excluded.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CAHRGES?
A fee of AED15 will charged is the order is below AED50.
I DO NOT HAVE THE EXACT ADDRESS, JUST A MOBILE AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE RECIPENT- CAN YOU STILL DELIVER?
In most cases, we require a complete delivery address. However, as long as the telephone number is operational we will try to contact the recipient, and obtain the delivery address from him or her.
CAN I DELIVER ANONYMOUSLY?
Yes, we do offer an anonymous delivery option as well. In the event that the recipient does not want to accept a gift anonymously the gift will be returned to us.
WHO MAKES THE DELIVERY?
Our trained shipping crew or DTDC Eurostar Courier makes all our gift deliveries.
HOW CAN I BE SURE IF THE CAKES AND THE FLOWERS WILL ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION?
All flowers and gourmet products are prepared fresh every morning. The items are delivered in temperature controlled vans to ensure that everything is delivered in pristine condition.
WILL YOU CALL THE RECIPIENT BEFORE DELIVERY?
Yes, it’s company policy to call the recipient before making the delivery to ensure we have the correct address, and that the recipient is at that address during the time of delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVIALBLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day. If you’re ordering flowers, chocolates, or other edible gifts, rest assured that all items are prepared again the next morning to maintain freshness. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
WHAT CITIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver all products except Brownies and Bouquets to all the Emirates ( Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujeirah, Ras al Khaimah and Umm al Quwain). Brownies and Bouquets would only be delivered to Dubai and Sharjah at the moment.
IS THERE A MINIMUM VALUE FOR ORDER?
No, there is no minimum value for order but any order below AED50 would be charged shipping cost of AED15.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECIVIED AND CONFIRMED?
You should receive an order confirmation email and message within 1-2 hours of making the order on the website.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
You will receive three sets of communication after your purchase:
(i) Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email and message with the details of your order.
(ii) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email and message.
(iii) Finally, a last email and message will be sent to you once your order has been delivered.
What is GiftsWalla´s Exchange Policy?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a voucher. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable).

Would we get a refund on the products that have been exchanged?
Incase you are unhappy with the product that you have ordered you will get a credit voucher from our website through which you can purchase anything of the same value or higher value and if you have been sent the wrong product from our end then we will give you an option of refund excluding the delivery charges.
Can GiftsWalla arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
No, we do not offer this service at the moment.
I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of a Giftswalla voucher.
