Giftswalla began with a mother’s instinct —to choose only what feels right for our own child.

We are a thoughtfully curated kidswear and gifting studio offering soft, breathable cotton & mulmul outfits, festive ethnic wear, rakhis for Rakshabandhan, birthday & anniversary gifts, return gifts & occasion gifting, and jewellery & accessories.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Ordering from Giftswalla is simple. Browse our collections, select your size and preferred item, add to cart, enter delivery details, and complete secure payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation instantly on WhatsApp/email. For assistance, you can message us directly on WhatsApp.

Do you offer customisation?

Currently, we do not offer customisation on our products. All items are available as shown on our website.

How do I select the right size for clothing?

Refer to our size chart on each product page. Measure your size and compare with garment measurements. If between sizes, choose one size up.

What are your delivery timelines?

All Giftswalla orders are carefully packed by our team and dispatched through our trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Express Delivery (if available): 1-2 business days
Bulk or Festive Orders: Delivered as per prior confirmation

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and peak seasonal demand. We highly recommend placing festive orders early during busy seasons such as:

Packaging & Quality

How are your products packed?

Each Giftswalla order is carefully folded and quality-checked, packed in protective packaging, and securely labelled for delivery. For gifting orders, we ensure neat presentation suitable for direct gifting.

What fabrics do you use?

Comfort is never optional at Giftswalla. We use 100% breathable cotton, soft mulmul, and skin-friendly fabrics suitable for delicate and sensitive skin. No itchiness. No stiffness. Just all-day comfort for play, celebration and movement.

Is the fabric safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our garments are made from breathable, skin-friendly cotton and soft mulmul, designed especially for delicate and sensitive skin.

Garment Care

How should I wash my Giftswalla garment?

We recommend gentle care to maintain softness and colour. For the first two washes, hand wash only is recommended. After that, you may hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent.

Can I machine wash the outfit?

Yes, our cotton and mulmul garments can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. However, hand washing is always preferred for longer fabric life.

Can I use bleach or strong detergents?

No. Please avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or strong detergents as they may damage the fabric and fade colours.

Should I wash the garment separately?

Yes. We recommend washing separately, especially during the first wash, as slight colour bleeding may occur due to natural dyes. After the first wash, machine wash can be done.

Can I tumble dry the outfit?

We recommend air drying in shade to preserve fabric softness and colour. Avoid high-heat tumble drying.

How should I iron the garment?

Iron on low to medium heat. For best results, iron inside-out to protect prints and embroidery.

Will the garment shrink after washing?

Our garments are pre-washed and designed to maintain their size and colour. You will not experience shrinkage or colour fading when following the recommended care instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery if you received a damaged item, incorrect product, or there is a genuine quality issue. Please share clear pictures on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes! We accept bulk and occasion-based orders for birthday return gifts, rakhi hampers, wedding gifting, and corporate gifting. Special pricing is available for bulk quantities. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and secure online payments. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to keep your information safe.
